Cardio-Kickboxing
Cardio-kickboxing is an incredible way to get in optimal shape and hit some stuff. Our Cardio-Kickboxing program consists of 45-minute bag-style classes. After a short warm-up, students will work striking combinations on our bags and perform various strength and conditioning movements.
These classes are designed to burn fat, build muscle, release stress, teach real fighting techniques, and be an accessible introduction to combat sports that can sometimes be intimidating. Bag work is an integral part of fighter training, so by no means should the importance of solid bag classes be overlooked even by the most experienced of fighters.
