New fitness classes

Hey everybody!!! We’ve got a new exciting schedule up. It’s getting tweaked a bit every day, looking to make it work best for everyone.

We kicked of our first Strength and Conditioning class with Kik this morning, who often focuses on kettlebell training.

We’re super pumped to have him teaching classes. He’ll be in charge of getting us awesome 7am on Mondays and 11am in Thursdays. Come check it out!
