New Schedule – Stay Fly Muay Thai – Philadelphia

Greetings Earthlings.

Great, big news. Our new schedule starts TODAY. Here are the highlights to our new schedule, which is available to view at our website.

Firstly, by popular demand, and much to my chagrin, we have new SUPER EARLY AM classes on Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 AM-8:30 AM. These will replace the 11:00 AM class on Monday and Wednesday. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday’s morning classes will still be held from 11:00 AM- 12:00 noon.

Secondly, in interest of increasing everyone’s strength and conditioning, our evening Strength & Conditioning classes have now been expanded to a full hour from 6:30 PM-7:30 PM from Mondays to Thursdays. This will give us more time to learn some of the basics of some very important lifts as well as spend some time doing some challenging workouts.

Thirdly, our Friday evenings will now consist of a Captains’ Practice from 5:30 PM-7:30 PM. This practice will replace all the normal Friday classes. The goal of this practice is to give students interested in competition a gentle introduction to the weekend Fighters’ Training. This practice will be led by our fighters and closely resemble the Fighters’ Training with the absence of a run for a warm up. Here, students can get extra pads, sparring and clinching?as well as learn what is expected of them if they intend to become a part of the fight team. This class, different than Fighters’ Training, is available for all students to attend.

Those are the changes to the schedule!
