We got sweet new shinguards and sweet new gloves.

The gloves are $75, $60 for Stay Fly members.
It will be mandatory that all students have their own gloves, shinguards, mouthguard, and hand wraps for every class.
There will be a one week grace period for new students to purchase their gear.
We will also have equipment available for rent. Gloves and shinguards will cost $2 to rent for a class.
Towels will be available for rent as well for $2 or $1 for a small hand towel.
Water bottles are always for sale for $1.
Also, we’ll be looking to sell a lot of our old loner gear. If you’d like to purchase a pair of gloves or shinguards, let me know!
We’ll sell old pairs of gloves or shinguards for $10 each and our old slip on shinguards for $5.

In addition, we will sell a starter package for $100 that includes gloves, shinguards, hand wraps, and a mouthguard.

Stay Fly Muay Thai – Justin Greskiewicz – Pod Cast

January 14th, 2016

Howdy boys and girls,
Every once and a while, I get a chance to talk shop on a podcast. The dudes at The Striking Corner have had me on before, and I got a chance to spend some time talking about a couple things with them.
They split the interview up into two parts that were released over the last two weeks.
They’re good dudes and they were fun to talk to. I can’t wait to talk with them again.
Give it a listen.

We’ve had fighters compete in the UFC, Raja Stadium, Lion Fight, K-1, T-1, CFFC, Warriors Cup, American Muay Thai League, Friday Night Fights, USKA, Trinity Kickboxing, The Strykers Cup, the WKA tournament, Lions Roar events, World Class Kickboxing, Gut Check and others.

We’ve won a professional national WBC title and a professional national WMC title. We’ve won a WKA North American amateur title belt, Gut Check title belt, Warriors cup title belt, and Strykerz cup title belt.

We pay our own bills and keep the lights on. We are consistently growing and building ourselves better. We have a busy next few months with fighters fighting for the USKA professional title and on Lion Fight.

Not everyone always believed in us. People wrote us off as not being prepared to be on our own. Our business partners bailed on us. Our old training partners never followed.

But here we are, 2 years later.

Haters gonna hate, potaters gonna potate, and we gonna STAY FLY!!!

Here’s to our third year to being our best.

Thanks for all of you who believed in us.

Stay Fly Muay Thai – 2016 – The New Year.

January 1st, 2016

It’s difficult to break the routine. You get complacent going about your day. Sometimes you snooze the alarm. You started allowing yourself a cheat meal. Your cheat meal has turned into a cheat day. That has turned to your usual diet. You’ve stop training as often. You started relaxing more.

But now the new year is here, and it’s a natural time to look at how you can restart. You look into your life and see where you can improve. You want to see what habits you can put in place, and you make yourself promises of what you want to change.

We’re doing the same at Stay Fly.
In the new year, we’ll be revamping a lot of areas at the gym. We’ll offer more classes and have more new equipment. Our curriculum will be tighter. Our dedication to you will be more intense.

The first change you can see is that we will be adjusting our schedule slightly to hold a 7:30am AND 11:00am Muay Thai class Monday-Thursday mornings, instead of just one or the other.

Keep your eyes peeled for more updates and upgrades to come very soon

Enjoy the new year. Hold yourself accountable to your promises. Treat yourself well. Stay Fly.
-Justin
